SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Franchise Growth Company text messaging program (the "Program"). By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in through a Franchise Growth Company contact or inquiry form, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description
The Program is operated by Franchise Growth Company, LLC ("we," "us," or "Franchise Growth Company") and delivers transactional pre-call notifications to prospects who have submitted a franchise inquiry through one of our brand websites. The purpose of the Program is to notify a prospect that a Franchise Growth Company representative is about to place the follow-up call the prospect requested, so the prospect recognizes the incoming number and is expecting the call.

2. How to Opt In
You opt in to the Program by submitting a contact or inquiry form on a Franchise Growth Company brand website (including https://www.frangrowth.co/who-we-are/contact) and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox located directly above the submit button. The checkbox is unchecked by default and the form will not submit without it. The exact consent language displayed at the time of opt-in is recorded in our customer relationship management system along with your phone number, the page URL, and a timestamp.

3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on engagement, with a maximum of two (2) messages per inquiry: one pre-call notification, and, if the call is not answered, one follow-up message inviting you to reply with a better callback time.

4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Franchise Growth Company does not charge you for messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details on your messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of STOP, we will suppress your phone number in our system and you will not receive further Program messages. You may also email info@frangrowth.co to request removal.

6. How to Get Help (HELP)
For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at info@frangrowth.co or 254.545.2295. A reply to HELP will provide our contact information and program details.

7. Supported Carriers
The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and Google Voice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility
The Program is available to U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are eligible to receive messages at that number.

9. Privacy
Your privacy matters. Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.frangrowth.co/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, and SMS message content are excluded from any third-party sharing.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the Program or by posting an update on this page.
